Things we don't allow

We do not allow copyrighted material, spam, child pornography, images which depict racism. If you do upload anything which violates these terms expect the image(s) to be deleted and for you to be banned from uploading and viewing files.

Hotlinking

We allow hotlinking with all images, remember we offer this service free of charge so please treat our servers with respect.

Your Privacy

We don't monitor uploads and will never pass on, sell, rent or do anything with your information.

Copright

This website, including its code and design, is protected by Inernational Copyright Laws. Any unathorised violates these laws.

Bandwidth & Storage

We don't really believe in bandwidth caps, so there are none. We also don't believe in storage caps, so upload as many images as you like, but remember we don't allow images larger than 10MB in size.

We reserve the right to remove or replace any files hosted on our servers and we accept no responsability for lost works, passwords or images.

It is against these terms to upload any of the following:

→ Files that violate local and international laws.
→ Files that depict person under the age of 18 (eighteen).
→ Non-concenting pornography, e.g. 'Self shots'.
→ Files depicting gore, mutilation or deceased persons.

Any information submitted to us is kept confidential. We never release personal information about our users without prior permission, however we do reserve the right to distribute anonymous geographical data for statistical purposes.

Compensation

Downtime

We reserve the perform updates and maintenance on our servers. The user accepts that there may be downtime during which images will not load.
